Throughout his career, he has advised in the areas of corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructuring and tax structures for groups and activities. He provides ongoing advice in matters of business control, planning and structuring, as well as in the field of personal and family asset management. He boasts extensive experience in the sector of financial services, products and instruments, investment companies, private banking and investment structuring. Also, he frequently advises and assists in tax matters, such as tax inspections, economic-administrative procedures and administrative litigation.
Before joining Belagua, he worked at Arthur Andersen, Freshfields and J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for inheritance advice in the area of private banking and, currently, he is a partner of the independent financial consultancy firm iAdvise Partners EAFI.
His usual working languages are Spanish and English.
